After spending over a decade in the HR field, I’ve discovered a real passion for helping smaller teams scale while preserving the close-knit, people-first culture that makes them special. I love translating the best practices from larger organizations into practical, customized solutions that fit the unique needs of growing teams.

One of the things that really drives me is my passion for innovative thinking. I'm a risk taker at heart, always looking for creative ways to solve problems and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table. Whether I’m developing new people strategies or helping companies optimize their HR systems, I’m always looking for ways to push boundaries and try new approaches. I’m especially energized by working with entrepreneurs who are building something from the ground up. I take your company as seriously as you do, and I’m invested in your success every step of the way.

I thrive on collaboration and love traveling onsite to meet with teams, understand their needs, and immerse myself in their culture. I work on a retainer basis, which allows me to form long-term partnerships with the companies I support. With a wide network of HR professionals and peers I work with, I bring in specialized expertise for larger projects, ensuring that every aspect of your HR strategy is aligned with your goals.
